Ayurveda Stay — Doctor-Supervised with Daily Consultation

Treatments are provided onsite at our partner Ayurveda retreat in Bentota (Hela Gedara / coastal clinic) by registered Ayurveda physicians (MOA) and trained therapists. On arrival the doctor opens your case file, conducts pulse/constitution assessment and prescribes a personal plan. Daily consultation is included on treatment days, and all therapies are administered under doctor supervision using prescribed herbal oils/medicines. A final consultation and lifestyle guidance are provided before check-out.

Note: Therapy sequences, durations and oil selections are prescribed individually by the resident Ayurveda doctor and may be adjusted day-to-day based on your response.
